hi. i saw your comment on the eslcafe board about thailand, but couldn't reply there because i didn't have an account. i suppose visiting your website to reply is a bit extreme. but anyways...
several countries have travel advisories about thailand now because of the new years bombings. i'm working in bangkok right now (i came 5 days after the bombings) and everything feels completely safe... on the chinese new year there were some bombings in the south, but the provinces furthest south haven't been safe for a long time. if you're just travelling around thailand you should be fine. even in bangkok, everyone seems to be going about their day to day. good luck!
